Meet Our Team

Max Mancuso

Executive Officer, Co Founder

Max is a twenty year marketing veteran who has worked with some of North America's best performing companies including Nike, Mercedes Benz, Home Depot and more. He is also experienced as a SaaS founder and principal. Driven by his creative passions and his love of all things marketing, Max has worked in all media channels from print, retail design, to experiential and live activation, and all across the digital and social space. Before leading Cedar, Max previously held various positions from Chief Creative Officer to Chief Executive Officer, also VP of Digital & Board Member at Large for the American Marketing Association.

Jonah Midanik

Partner Forum, Co Founder

An engineer by trade, Jonah has spent the last twenty years at the intersection of marketing and technology as a serial entrepreneur in Canada. Jonah has been lucky enough to have several different lenses on the founder journey from bootstrapping, to launching new corporate divisions, and raising 8 figures of venture capital. Jonah currently spends his time as founder and CEO of Limelight Platforms, and helping Canadian companies grow with Forum Ventures.

Clayton DuQuene

Creative Director, Co Founder

Clayton has held progressive design roles, overseeing creative concepts for BMW, General Motors, and Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. He joins Cedar from his recent role as Creative Lead at Limelight Platform, and is an expert in web design and development, UX, email marketing, brand identity, animation, and more. Clayton is passionate about continuous learning and is at the forefront of new technology and emerging trends. As Creative Director, he leads the creative design team at Cedar and equips startups with the digital tools needed to catapult their businesses.

Alexis Clarfield-Henry

Corporate Strategy

Alexis is one of Cedar’s Founding Advisors. Alexis spent 10+ years in advertising, helping clients across B2C, nonprofit and government through brand strategy and client services. In 2015, Alexis transitioned to tech as the first marketer at a small B2B startup, which was later acquired by Instacart. At Instacart, Alexis led Product Marketing for their enterprise offering. Alexis is currently also the Head of Marketing at Forum Ventures, a fund and community dedicated to early stage SaaS startups. On the side, Alexis is a writer, musician, and sound meditation practitioner.

Olivia O'Sullivan

Head of Partnerships

Olivia is a Chicago native, now calling NYC home. She joined Acceleprise from Dow Jones where she managed business, product and innovation strategy across FinServ & Enterprise Tech clients. Olivia is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign.
